Service Modification, Upgrade, or Request
There are various requests you can make for your service, and most of it is automatic or semi-automatic. Please read below to see how you can request any of these services.
You can upgrade your plan by clicking the "upgrade" button on your service details page. This is mostly automatic, but if you want to make a custom request for an upgrade, such as just more memory, there's a custom upgrade button and/or an "add" feature for things such as IP address, and bandwidth.

Click on the service name
Click the appropriate button, such as "upgrade/downgrade," "purchase additional" or other buttons.
On your service details page, you can make various requests.
Upgrade: upgrade your service, as described above.
Cancel: request a cancellation for your service, terminating it.
rDNS: make a request to set a reverse DNS record.
Migrate: move your service to another location, if available.
Switch IP: change your IP address to another one.
Purchase Additional: purchase specific resources.
