Re-install OS or Reset Password

Both these functions can be done, in most cases, on your own.

View your service list: https://billing.virmach.com/clientarea.php?action=services
Click on the service name.
Click the appropriate "Re-install OS," "Change" button or the pencil icon next to the "Root Password" field.
