I'm having a specific issue with my software/third party application.

In most cases, we do not provide support with any third party application, unless we specifically advertise this with your package or you have premium support and management.

If you believe the problem is with our server provided to you, please provide some details when contacting us and we can take a look. We can also give you general guidance about troubleshooting your application if we are familiar with it, as a courtesy. We hope you understand that we cannot help everyone with every application, as the errors are usually with the application and not our service. Your service with us still does come with regular support, should you face any problems directly with the server and not third party software.

We recommend contacting the software developer for assistance.
