I made a payment with Bitcoin/Cryptocurrency that's unpaid

If you made a payment via Bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies, you need to ensure you send the exact amount in the exact time-frame allotted to you. Please keep in mind once you make the correct payment, it may take some time (several hours) for your payment to confirm.

If you sent the wrong amount
Our payment processor, Coinpayments, should e-mail you further instructions if you sent a partial payment. Check your e-mail inbox. If you do not see an e-mail, contact Coinpayments.

Has it been over 12 hours?
Please check for any payments from the payment processor and make sure you followed the directions exactly. If you did, and you still do not have a payment please contact our support.

Contact Support:
When contacting support about cryptocurrency payments, please provide your Coinpayments Transaction ID, and not the transaction number for your specific cryptocurrency payment type. For example, do not provide us your Bitcoin address or transaction. Your Coinpayments Transaction ID can be found. Coinpayments Transaction IDs start with "CPDF" -- if this is not the format then you do not have the correct Coinpayments transaction ID.
