Changing a service's payment term
Live chat will not be able to assist you with term changes, but the good news is that you can request it very quickly via the client portal.
You can change your service's term by navigating to "[My Services](https://billing.virmach.com/clientarea.php?action=services)" and selecting your service.
Once you're there:
Click on the "Service Details" tab
Click on "change" next to the term length
If available, click the change you require
Submit the request
Please note, that we cannot process term changes if you already have an unpaid invoice for a renewal. We also do not process term changes on most limited support packages or special offers.
Any discount will be lost on a term change, but you will receive an already-discounted price for upgrading to annual terms.
